NEC Lifetouch tablet device has officially announced in Japan. It has 7-inch TFT LCD touchscreen with 800 x 480 resolution and runs Android 2.1 OS. This tablet device is powered by ARM Cortex A8 CPU and compatible with 56MB DDR memory, 3MP camera, internal mono mic, internal stereo speaker, two USB 2.0 ports include and an SD/SDHC slot. The Lifetouch also has supported by GPS, accelerometer include Wi-Fi 802.11b/11g and Bluetooth Ver.2.1 + EDR. It measures about 219 x 119 x 1.9mm and weighing about 400g. NEC Lifetouch will be compatible with stylus pen and higher battery life up to 8 hours. NEC didn’t explain anything about the Lifetouch’s price but its targeted out in Japan market around October 2010.
