Vladimir Putin, the Russian Prime Minister give his black Labrador dog, Koni a Satellite Collar. The Satellite Collar will track Koni’s movement via satellite. It using GLONASS, the Russian’s new satellite global positioning. It has 170gr/6 ounces of weight as well as transmitter. The Satellite Collar was slipped on the Koni, and now its on test.
