Garmin has just made a new aircraft and car GPS navigation system. This new GPS is called the Aera, features by a 4.3-inch display just like the previous Nuvi series but this GPS already supported with pilots’s features such as: map, weather, terrain, direct to, HSI/panel, active FPL, numbers, nearest, WPT info, position, XM radio, and tools. Garmin Aera series is available into four models (the Aera 500, 510, 550 and 560), and each models has different specifications. If you have relatives which are now a pilot, you can buy them one of this Garmin Aera series as a gift to support their flight. Garmin has targeted Aera Pilot’s GPS series at cost $800 for the Aera 500, $1,300 for the 510, $1,500 for the 550 and $2,000 fort the Aera 560.
