After waiting for so long since it has introduced in early 2008, finally the certainty coming. Mio Technology through a press conference is announcing the launch date of Mio 3.5G GPS Handset. This 3.5G GPS is targeted to launch in the first quarter of 2009. It will be the first Mio GPS which carry 3.5G network technology and also with touchscreen. Mio 3.5G GPS will be featured by 7 or 8-inch LCD Display and powered by 3.5G chipsets from Qualcomm include Mitac self-developed touch user interface. Mio also designed this handset as a GPS-enabled MID (mobile Internet device) product that will already use Windows CE OS for the operating system. The Price is still a mystery and the release date as well. And Mio asking us to wait a little more.
