We do know Garmin Foreruner GPS watch, and now we are going to talk about the Timex’s Ironman Global Trainer GPS watch. Its not an ordinary GPS Sport watch even thought its bigger than any GPS watch. Timex’s Ironman Global Trainer is more bigger and heavy but its more balanced and more comfortable to wear. This GPS watch has equipped with a SiRFstarIII GPS chipset just like other models. The signal is not as good a Garmin as well as the consistency while in the difficult situation.
Timex’s Ironman Global Trainer has a 1.5-inch screen size, it could display up to four different data at once, with easy press buttons “three on either side and a start / split button on front” and equipped by an Indiglo backlight. Its supported with water resistant system up to 50 meter and when you buy the GPS watch, you will get a complete accessories for swimming and biking like a USB charging / sync cable, an AC adapter attachment for said cable, a bike mount, and a heart rate monitor. The price for Timex’s Ironman Global Trainer is about $250 while complete with the heart rate bundle is about $300. It will officially launch next month with firmware updates.
